We at Nedure stand behind the quality of our furniture. Each piece is crafted with care and inspected for durability and craftsmanship. Our warranty periods vary by product and commence from the date of delivery.

 

I. CLAIM PROCEDURE:

To file a warranty claim, please email support@nedure.com with photos of the defect and your order number.

II. RESTRICTIONS AND EXCLUSIONS:

  • Proper care and use are essential for warranty coverage.
  • This warranty does not cover damage from negligence, abuse, normal wear and tear, accidents, or unauthorized modifications.
  • Outdoor use is not covered unless specified.
  • Warranty applies only to items purchased directly from Nedure.
  • Refunds or replacements are at Nedure's discretion.
  • Replacements are covered for the remainder of the original warranty period.
  • Costs may apply for defects detected after the warranty period.

III. WARRANTY PERIOD:

All Nedure products are backed by a 1-Year Limited Warranty from the date of delivery.

 

PLEASE NOTE: This warranty is valid for the original retail purchaser and is subject to the terms and conditions stated above. Non-transferable.
