How do I find a product?

You can type the name of the product in the search box on the bottom left of main nedure.com page. If not, you can browse using the drop-down list per category.

How long does my refund take?

Refunds generally appear on your credit card statement within 7 to 10 business days.

Which credit cards do you accept?

We accept Visa, MasterCard, American Express, and Discover.

When will I be charged for my order?

Your credit card will be charged within 3-5 business days if the item is available and ready to ship. If it's temporarily unavailable, you'll be notified and can choose to cancel or wait.

How will I know that you've received my order?

You'll receive a confirmation page after ordering and an email confirmation shortly after.

If I make any changes to my order, how will I get my refund?

Refunds for online purchases are processed back to the original form of payment.

Why is the price is different from when I added it to the cart?

Prices can change, including temporary reductions or permanent increases. The price in your cart reflects the current charge.

SHIPPING AND DELIVERY

Do you ship overseas?

Currently, we primarily offer local delivery to addresses within the United States, and some local warehouses supply parts of Europe. If you are from other regions, please contact us, and we can arrange international shipping for you.

What do you charge for shipping?

We offer free shipping and express shipping, you can choose during checkout!

Can I delay the shipment of my order?

Will I receive all the items in my order at the same time?

Not necessarily. Depending on whether the products are stored in the same warehouse, we may ship them together or separately.

Are shipping fees refundable?

No, shipping fees are not refundable.

Is there a restocking fee for returns?

Yes, a 20% restocking fee is deducted from the refund for all returned items that are not due to quality issues. Additionally, a repacking fee applies if the item is not returned in its original packaging.

How will I be refunded if I cancel my order?

If you cancel your order before it is processed for shipment, the refund will be processed within 3 business days.

For orders canceled after shipment, a 20% restocking fee will be deducted from the refund.

What should I do if I receive a defective or damaged item?

Contact us immediately within 30 days of receiving the item. Provide photos of the defective or damaged item and its packaging. We will assist you in processing a return and issuing a refund or replacement as needed.

How long does it take to process a refund after returning an item?

Refunds are processed within 7 business days after the returned items have been received at our warehouse. The funds will be processed back to the original payment method, such as Credit Card, PayPal, or Bank Account.

For credit cards, it may take up to 5 to 7 business days for the refund to appear on your account.
