Returns And Refund

At Nedure, we prioritize the quality of our merchandise and aim for your complete satisfaction. Eligible items may be returned within 30 days of receipt. For concerns about defective or damaged merchandise, please contact us promptly. Proof of purchase is required for all returns. Review our full return policy, including items ineligible for return, before initiating the return process.

 

I. 30-DAY RETURN POLICY

We are confident you will love your Nedure purchases. Our products are meticulously designed and crafted to meet your expectations. If for any reason a product does not meet your satisfaction, please review our return terms and conditions for assistance.

The Return

  • Requests must be made within 30 days of receipt.
  • Photograph items and packaging condition before return.
  • Items must be in as-new condition to qualify.
  • Refunds may be withheld for items of unacceptable quality.
  • A 15% restocking fee applies per returned item not due to quality issues.
    • Example: If a $500 item is returned, a $75 restocking fee will be deducted from the refund.
  • Repacking fees apply if original packaging is unavailable (Orders over $300 incur a 5% fee; orders under $300 incur a $15 fee).
  • No returns or refunds for clearance items, final sale items, or items damaged through wear and tear after delivery.

The Refund

  • A 15% restocking fee applies for returned items not due to quality issues, deducted from your refund.
  • Repacking fees apply if items are not returned in original packaging (5% for orders over $300; $15 for orders under $300).

For refunds:

  • Refunds begin within 3 business days for cancellations without return, and within 7 days after item return.
  • Refunds are processed back to the original payment method. Credit card refunds may take 5-7 business days to appear, depending on your issuer.

II. MODIFICATION OR CANCELLATION OF ORDER

To modify or cancel an order, contact us before shipment. You have 24 hours from pre-shipment notification to request changes or cancellations without fees. Afterward, a 15% restocking fee may apply.

 

PLEASE NOTE:

  • Clearance, final sale, display items, or wear and tear damaged items are non-refundable.
  • Cancelling an order may require a new estimated delivery date.
  • For orders with discount vouchers, refunds are based on final paid prices after discounts.
