Shipping Policy

Nedure several self-operated overseas warehouses across the United States, including locations in Los Angeles, Seattle, New Jersey, Atlanta, and Dallas, etc, these warehouses support various transportation modes such as FedEx, UPS, LTL, and more. Our robust storage and transportation system ensures efficient and cost-effective services for our customers.

For large furniture items, such as sofas, delivery is to your doorstep on the ground floor. The truck driver will contact you in advance to arrange the delivery time and bring the product to your door. We appreciate your understanding.


I. EXPECTED DELIVERY DATE

If you need us to postpone your delivery because your home is not ready, you can place your order and then reply to your order confirmation email with your special request. We will do our best to accommodate your request, but please understand that not all requests can be fulfilled. We aim to respond to your request within 1 business day.

 


II. SHIPMENT SCHEDULING AND MONITORING

- Once your order has left our local warehouse, you will receive an email notification.
- If delivered by FedEx/UPS, you will receive tracking information in the email to monitor the delivery progress.

 


III. DELAYING/HOLDING SHIPMENTS

If you need us to hold your shipment because your home is not ready, simply place your order with us. Upon receiving your order confirmation email, reply to us with any special requests. We can honor holds for any shipment at no charge for a specified period. Please make your hold request within 24 hours from when the "Shipment Preparing" email is sent out. If we do not receive a hold request within this 24-hour timeframe, the order will be processed for delivery.

 


V. DELAYED SHIPMENT / DELIVERY DUE TO UNFORESEEN CIRCUMSTANCES

Delayed due to Unforeseen Circumstances:

- If your shipment is delayed due to unforeseen circumstances, Nedure reserves the right to reschedule delivery based on available slots.
- Nedure is not responsible for any losses or expenses resulting from shipment delays caused by unforeseen events. Such delays do not grant the right to terminate the agreement or seek compensation beyond the terms outlined.

Delayed due to Nedure’s End:

- If the delay is due to Nedure, we will promptly notify customers of the latest estimated time of arrival (ETA) via email or other means of communication.
- For eligible delayed orders, Nedure will provide compensation as outlined below:

<= 15 Days 5% of the Order Amount
> 15 Days 10% of the Order Amount

 

Refund Formula:

(Number of Days Delayed = Delivery Date - Shipment Date - 7 days)

Example:

If you placed an order on 2023/1/1 and your delivery date was initially estimated to be 2023/1/8, and the shipment is delayed, the compensation will be calculated as follows:

Order Price in the formula is for reference only; the actual transaction price shall be based on the payment at that time.

Nedure reserves the right to determine if there is a delay in delivery. When the ETA is provided as a time frame, the delivery date shall be based on the latest date. For instance, if you place an order on 2023/1/1 and the item ships on 2023/1/3, the default delivery date shall be 2023/1/10. Compensation will only be provided if delivery occurs after 2023/1/10. Track your order status on our website for real-time updates. If your order meets these conditions, please email us at support@nedure.com, and we will handle it appropriately for you.

 


VI. REDELIVERY FEE

Please note that any changes to scheduled delivery dates must be requested within 48 hours of placing your order. Thank you for your cooperation and understanding.

 


VII. MISSED DELIVERIES

Nedure's delivery partners will reach you to schedule your delivery slot. Remember, if you cannot be reached to schedule your delivery date with the carrier, your order may be canceled and subject to a 15% restocking fee. On the day of delivery, you must be reachable by phone or text. If you are not available at the delivery address during your allocated slot, the delivery partners will wait for about 15 minutes before departing. Undeliverable orders will be returned to our distribution center and restocked. To reschedule delivery to the correct address, we will contact you for the next available delivery slot. Please inform our delivery partners of any changes to your delivery slot at least 3 business days in advance. Thank you for understanding.

 


VIII. INCORRECT DELIVERY ADDRESS

If an incorrect delivery address is provided and the order is undeliverable, it will be returned to our distribution center and restocked. To reschedule delivery to the correct address, we will contact you to arrange the next available delivery slot with a re-delivery fee of $100. Thank you for your cooperation and understanding.

 


IX. PRE-ORDER

For products available for pre-order, this will be indicated on the product detail page. Please note that delivery compensation does not apply to these marked products. The estimated delivery time for pre-order items is 4-8 weeks, as they are shipped directly from our factory. Thank you for your understanding.
